Nutritious Hair



In order to maintain the natural beauty of hair, a nutritive equilibrium is necessary both internally and externally.

Ziravie® products are the external nutrition to the hair root for continued maintenance hair growth and restoration.

While there are many forms of internal nutrition today, the Ziravie® choice is the juice regime outlined below.

External Nutrition

Ziravie® Deep Nourishing Oil is a blend of natural nutrients, minerals and vitamins that provide abundant nourishment for healthy hair**. All Ziravie® products are 100% Natural.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Low temperatures may solidify the oil, in such cases, place the bottle under hot running water to liquefy the product before use.
A small amount of natural sediment may be encountered in the oil, which is normal for a 100% natural solution.

Gently massage the oil, evenly, into the scalp and leave it on for a minimum of 15 minutes. For maximum effect, leave the product on overnight. Apply Ziravie® Deep Nourishing Oil at least 3 times per week. For best results, daily application is recommended.

Wash your hair with Ziravie® shampoo, or if not so, with a gentle, fruit based shampoo.

Internal nutrition

Whilst Ziravie® Deep Nourishing Oil contributes towards external nutrition of the scalp, it must be combined with healthy internal nourishment, through consumption of fresh fruit and vegetable juices, daily, that provide an abundant supply of rich, bio-available nutrients. Below is a list of some recommended juices:

Substitutes

Fruits and vegetables that can be taken to substitute any of the above items, either by reason of availability, health or personal preference:
Fruits: Papaya, peach, mandarin, strawberry, plums & grapes
Vegetables: Turnips, watercress, coriander & green onions

The above juices can be made in a juicer or a blender, water may be added to the fruits and vegetables, to dilute the juice to an acceptable level of taste.

Important

People with diabetes and high blood sugar may only take the daily vegetables, and exclude the fruits. Medical advice is recommended.

Drinking Healthy Water

Drink clean, chemical free water at all times. Spring water is recommended because it has flowed freely against the earth´s electromagnetic field, thus restoring all the essential energy fields that are required to fully nourish the body.

 

Managing Stress

Take the time for daily exercise and relaxation of the body and mind. Practicing meditation or taking a few minutes for silent contemplation is highly recommended. Ziravie® offers meditation and stress management CD´s that include simple, practical and effective techniques.

Reducing Toxicity

Aim to minimize the intake of toxins, through consuming clean organically grown food, and avoiding unnecessary medications, strong chemical cosmetics, excessive alcohol and intoxicants.
