A fresh juice a day, to brighten up your way!

While there are many forms of maintaining a balance and supporting our internal nutrition, Ziravie® recommends following the juice regime outlined below. This regime is an important contribution to the recommended daily supply in vitamins, nutrients and minerals, and which are best absorbed into the blood stream in the form of a juice.

Juice Regime:

Day Recommended Juice 0.25l&day

 

(one large glass full)

Monday Apple, Carrot and celery
Tuesday Pear, Papaya, parsley and lemon
Wednesday Peach, beetroot and mandarins
Thursday Grapes tomato, celery and fresh mint
Friday Apple, spinach, beetroot and lemon
Saturday Peach, mandarin, green beans and fresh mint
Sunday Apple, parsley and carrot

Substitutes

Fruits and vegetables that can be taken to substitute any of the above items, either by reason of availability, health or personal preference:

Fruits: Papaya, peach, mandarin, strawberry, plums & grapes Vegetables: Turnips, watercress, coriander & green onions

The above juices can be made in a juicer or a blender, water may be added to the fruits and vegetables, to dilute the juice to an acceptable level of taste.

Important

1. People with diabetes and high blood sugar may only take the daily vegetables, and exclude the fruits. Medical advice is recommended.
